General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – Soleil Road Trip Portugal

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which Soleil Road Trip Portugal offers private road trips to its clients. These excursions are conducted in an air-conditioned light vehicle, capable of accommodating up to 4 people maximum per group. To ensure a personalized experience, we do not combine groups that do not know each other.

2. Pricing

The price of excursions varies depending on the chosen circuit and is indicated for two people. Each additional person incurs an extra cost of 50 euros. Children under 7 years of age enjoy free participation. Rates will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

3. Reservation and Payment

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. This deposit must be made via a secure payment link that will be sent by email at the time of online booking. The remaining balance will be payable on the day of the excursion. The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (death event, illness upon presentation of proof, death or natural disaster). Bad weather is not considered a reason for refund. We will strive to reschedule the excursion to another date if possible.

4. Pick-up

The meeting point for the start of the excursion will be agreed upon in advance with the client, in strategic and easily accessible locations, depending on their place of residence. We only carry out pick-ups in the Lisbon, Mafra, and Torress Vedras regions.

5. Cancellation and Modification

Clients may modify their booking without charge up to 7 days before the scheduled excursion date, subject to availability. In the event of cancellation by the client less than 7 days before the excursion date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

6. Force Majeure

Soleil Road Trip Portugal cannot be held responsible for failure to perform its services in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

7. Insurance

Soleil Road Trip Portugal has insurance covering its liability. However, clients are advised to ensure they have personal travel insurance covering road trip activities.

8. Acceptance of the GTC

Booking an excursion with Soleil Road Trip Portugal implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the client.
